Is Agenda 2030 really part of a much larger plan? Is another pandemic coming, this time far more deadly? Could some of the predictions made by Dr. Buttar eventually prove to be true? And what about the claims made by Anthony Patch and Todd Callender that humanity could be transformed into something resembling “zombies”?


One document makes this subject even more disturbing: CONPLAN 8888, the U.S. military’s “Counter-Zombie Dominance” plan. The document is real and was released through FOIA. It explicitly describes responses to different types of fictional zombie threats.


But there is an important question: was CONPLAN 8888 an actual blueprint for a controlled zombie apocalypse, or was it simply a military training exercise? The document itself describes a zombie apocalypse scenario, and U.S. military planning materials explain that a CONPLAN is an operational plan in an abbreviated format. There is no reliable evidence that CONPLAN 8888 represents a real-world plan to create or deliberately release a zombie-like pathogen.


That does not mean the broader questions should simply disappear. Governments prepare for pandemics, biological threats and catastrophic scenarios, and military organizations routinely develop contingency plans for events that may never happen. The real mystery begins when we ask what scenarios are being planned for today, what information remains classified, and how much of the public would ever know about them.


Could the next global crisis be another pandemic? Could biotechnology produce consequences we cannot yet predict? Or are claims about “zombies” simply a modern interpretation of fears surrounding disease, genetic technology and social collapse?


The evidence does not currently prove a planned zombie apocalypse. But the existence of CONPLAN 8888 is real. The question is what we should make of it.
