Retired Navy Admiral Drops Bombshell: Non-Human Intelligence Controls Advanced UAP Craft

Retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, a former head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and experienced Navy oceanographer, has made striking claims about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). In a recent interview, he stated that higher-order non-human intelligence (NHI) is directing these mysterious objects, based on data and accounts from credible insiders.

Gallaudet, who served 32 years in the Navy and held key ocean science roles, described craft exhibiting abilities far beyond human or known adversary technology. These include seamless travel between ocean and atmosphere without disturbing the sea surface, extreme speeds, and maneuvers defying current physics. He emphasized that while he has not seen NHI beings himself, multiple sources read into classified programs confirm intelligent control by non-human entities.

His views align with testimony before Congress, where he highlighted UAP interactions with Navy forces, including sonar detections of fast-moving submerged objects (USOs). Gallaudet has pushed for greater transparency, noting that oceans — largely unexplored — could serve as ideal hiding spots for such phenomena. He supports the UAP Disclosure Act and appears in related documentaries calling for openness.

Skeptics in mainstream outlets often attribute sightings to misidentification or secret human tech, but Gallaudet and other military witnesses counter that performance characteristics rule out known explanations. Independent researchers and figures like Harvard’s Avi Loeb echo calls for rigorous scientific study of UAP without stigma. While official Pentagon reports remain cautious, high-level whistleblowers and declassified videos continue fueling public demand for full disclosure.

This story underscores growing momentum toward acknowledging possible NHI visitation, urging open-minded examination of evidence over dismissal.
